These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Little Joy Ltd website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

4. Products & Availability

All flowers and products are subject to seasonal availability. While we make every effort to fulfil your order exactly as shown, some flowers may not be available at certain times of year.

In the event that a specific flower or product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value and similar style, while maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The finished arrangement may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural variation of fresh flowers.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.

5. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Little Joy Ltd delivers within the UK. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the delivery option selected.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on the requested date. However, delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or courier delays.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (for example, because no one is available to receive the flowers), we or our courier will follow a safe-place or leave-with-neighbour policy where possible, or leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

As flowers are perishable goods, Little Joy Ltd cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by a failed delivery where the recipient was unavailable and reasonable steps were taken to complete delivery.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

As flowers and fresh floral products are perishable goods, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your flowers arrive in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact Little Joy Ltd within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Little Joy Ltd is not responsible for deterioration of flowers caused by improper care after delivery. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order.

For non-perishable items (such as vases, cards, or gifts), you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of Little Joy Ltd receiving and approving your return.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order for fresh flowers up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as Little Joy Ltd will have already prepared your order.

Little Joy Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the liability of Little Joy Ltd for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, Little Joy Ltd excludes all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our website or any content on it, whether express or implied.

Little Joy Ltd will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our website.

The total liability of Little Joy Ltd to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.
